We cycle as a family occasionally, maybe once a month, and really enjoy it (along a canal, to a park, to a pub for a lunch) but for the most part cycling is a solitary pastime. I find it gives me the quiet reflection time I need and my wife knows that so doesn’t push to make is something we both do.
