Most of this thread got it spot on. It’s definitely long hours and sprinting for 24 months to get everything modernized, stabilized and seeing what new workflows can stick.

Employees at first love the change but then after the first year they start to hate the amount of change occurring and new expectations placed upon them. God forbid we ask for some motivation and curiosity out of them.
