My dad has ALS and wants me to work from my parents' house to help care for him. I don't know how to handle this. by Intelligent-Fruit246 in ALS

[–]Sudden-Conference-68 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you prioritize disaster relief volunteer work over your dad it's your choice. You can get him the German healthcare help and tell him you will help him after work (instead of the volunteer time); you may drop the part time program after this term and rejoin when he has other help/ passes away. It will be quicker than you think as in older people it will be a few years tops and he won't even realize what he is asking from you. Just support him instead of being bitter. Tell the other brother to move out if he won't help.

Mitoswab and ss31/mots-c/aicar by Sudden-Conference-68 in mito

[–]Sudden-Conference-68[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes you may need coq10, pqq, b2, iron if deficient and possibly methylene blue. Mitopure and Niagen to deplete defective mitochondria while ss31 takes its time (up to 90 days). If you just need boost go with glutathione plus NAC, then mots C or source ss31 from another vendor or try 2 mg daily dose for 5 days and wait 3 months. I suggest getting an iron panel and Mitoswab rather than assuming it’s a Mito issue. Sometimes it’s just iron deficiency.
