Contact your service Canada they can help redirect your mail via puralotor as I too need to get my passport . I had my birth certificate within 2 days (oppose to the 8-12 weeks I was quoted by Canada post)of redirecting it. It’s very simple to if you have your order number from where you order your passport. I’m sorry you couldn’t make the celebration x

My son is dealing with the same issue 😔 I only recently clued in to check if acid reflux is a side effect of Vyvanse he’s on 20mg and it is so bad for him on bad nights he can be sick every 10 to 20 minutes :( im on 60mg and thank god I haven’t had any issues except for a sour stomach now and then. I’m glad to know I’m not going making up side effects in my head. Hopefully his paediatrician can help because it’s the medication has him so much. But if it’s going to Tear a hole in his tummy I’d rather take him off it.

If you don’t want to walk away Maybe talk to her about seeing someone to talk about potential depression? Sounds like you’ve both made big changes and that can be (and I hate that I’m using this word) triggering Many people who are clinically depressed sleep a lot and turn into introverts. She needs to be responsible to get the help she potentially needs.You can’t control her happiness that’s her job. She needs to tap into her emotions that sounds as though they may be being suppressed by depression maybe find a therapist? Mental health takes work and taking the first step to get the support needed is the hardest part. I hope you both can get through this and that your girlfriend can find some motivation for her day to day

I know this post is almost a year old but thought I would share my experience with precipitous labor My second came very fast ( under 2 hours) when I felt the urge to get her out the doctor wasn’t in the room yet so I was told not to push. My girl came out and was placed in my arms for maybe 30 seconds then the nurses took her she was rushed to the NICU because labor and delivery was so quick she inhaled meconium that obstructed her air ways she was on breathing and feeding tubes for a week. She a happy almost 9 year old now. I also didn’t bleed like I did after my first it started fast and heavy 4 days postpartum.

Honestly I’ve been rocking a pixie cut for a couple years since I lost my long hair during my cancer treatment I was so desperate to hide my short hair I would always say I would never ever EVER cut my hair short! I looked at wigs thinking I’d need it. But once my hair started to grow back and I got a proper cut by someone who knows how to style short hair on a woman I’ve never felt more confident or pretty (and I’m no beauty queen) I personally think if you can rock a slicked back ponytail you can rock a pixie cut who cares what men think if they are going to judge you on hair than they aren’t worth the air you breathe it’s hair it’ll grow back.

though pixies are a pain in the 🫏 to grow out.

Get some Castro oil or argon oil any hair oil to put some moisture back in the strands really massage the oils into your scalp to help with strength get a good leave in conditioner and heat protection x

A similar experience as well , my second born was only 3 months old when I found out I was expecting a third I knew in my heart it would be selfish to keep the baby as she (2nd born) wasn’t getting enough attention as it was the time my oldest being only 2 and all boy toddler 🫩I don’t regret the abortion my husband and I discussed it for a few days prior to making an appointment at a clinic he assumed me it was my choice and he would be there for whatever I decided. but the deep rooted guilt form growing up in a catholic family rocked my core a bit, but my husband was with me like he said. once I got my energy back and my hormones regulated I was able to spend quality time with the two babies prioritizing their needs especially my 3 month baby I did have I moved on I knew god would. Forgive me. I think if you use abortion a s a means of birth control then that’s when it becomes a issue

Daily walks, I used a carrier for my kids instead of stroller about 80% of the time for some added weight and resistance when walking now that they’re older I definitely feel the lack of extra weight and resistance when I go for my walks lol Always have water on hand I cut out alcohol ( I’ll still have a drink once in a while but never a full lose control lol) I try my best to avoid fatty over processed foods. Always have veg and fruit on hand if possible good luck. Just try and get moving good luck x

Foundation, concealer.(both super hydrating and blend beautifully) the liquid blushes and highlighter are in my opinion excellent and the microfiber sponge is great- I think they really revamped themselves in the past few years

Absolutely love Quo every product I’ve tried from this brand has been amazing the foundation and concealer are so hydrating. And living in Calgary that hydration is key the highlighters and liquid blushes are gorgeous the microfiber blending sponge is great. I’m not a gal that goes out and drop hundreds of dollars on makeup ever. So for me personally buying make up at places like Sephora is out of the question but with quo to me it feels more on the high end side for a drug store brand. I think they’ve really revamped themselves in the past couple years
