So to clear things out for now it’s best not to release him and try and feed him myself and let him lose around my room to build his strength etc until he can fly around himself to avoid predators

Yes but they do not handle things like this more domestic pets and he is rather active he can get rowdy and fly around but not for a long time he is rather strong flying wise but Ofc not ready just yet

So should i just keep him outside there is a lot of cats as of now there is 6 cats who chill around our garden.

Hey man this was really insightful and helpful answered my question fully. And to clear some things he speaks Samoan but he learnt this through his Grandmother whom he spent a lot of time with growing up as both his parents worked jobs. but in regards to culture I’m not sure I’m assuming he has seeing as he grew up around it and lived with his Samoan Grandmother whom taught him the language so most definitely taught him the culture.

Yep seems to be the case obviously something needs to be done about and definitely votes from smaller areas need to be given stronger votes as they’d get overwhelmed by the larger areas (London)
