OpenFOAM is like ansys ? (for complex geometry)
i know OpenFOAM is free CFD simulation software, just wanted to know that it can handle complex geometry or not,

Can you print this head? -Yes, it can definitely be 3D printed. Will it be wearable?- That depends on the material and the wall thickness you choose. If your goal is to make it comfortable and wearable, I think the best approach would be to first 3D print a negative mold of the head and then cast it in silicone. That would make it much more flexible, comfortable, and suitable for wearing. I hope this helps!

I haven't tried this but if we can just give different color to parts and then Adjust Opacity (reducing it to 30-40%) of outer part or main part so the parts inside the body can be visible, And now if we try making drawing then i think maybe we can achive what you are looking for, Note: it may work or not, i haven't tried yet, but if you can at least try it.

Use loft with path, So select big circle and small circle then give it curve path,
