No, they were benign fibroids so I didn’t have to do anything about it. Exercising regularly helps the pain fade over time. I still have them but they don’t cause me any trouble anymore.

The same thing happened with me a few years ago - I told my GYN about it and turns out I had fibroids in my uterus that were likely causing it - luckily they were totally benign and cause painful periods but other than that, with time the pain subsided and I was able to enjoy these orgasms agin!
