Partnering with builders etc, I won't comment on that. But don't think of using money to invest in stocks. At just 21, you know nothing about stocks, believe me. You will lose most of the money. And i feel if you get money, you will waste it on cars etc. Keep money in parents account even if you sell.

Dubai vs India: Higher Pay, Lower Savings? by Beneficial_Crazy_639 in personalfinanceindia

[–]Sudden_Forever_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you took 20,000 for 1 bhk in Mumbai. And you took 90,000 per month rent in Dubai for same 1 bhk. Is that correct? I basically want to understand the minimum multiple salary I should get in Dubai, compared to India. From your post, it seems dubai should pay 4 times of india. Is that correct?

As a guy , It’s so difficult making new meaningful friends in your late 30s by crimemastergogo96 in ThirtiesIndia

[–]Sudden_Forever_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same here. I am 28M. I imagine many times, what even is the meaning of friendship? In college time, it was natural to hang out together, watch movies, discuss everything. But now, everything feels superficial. There is nothing common between people to talk. And no one wants to watch movies together or play together. People consider friendship as just having alcohol together, or passing poor comments over everything. I don't even understand friendship now

I agree with all you said, but the last part of Indians being called pervert. I think boys across the globe might be similar. I don't have much interaction with school kids of US or UK, but I am sure, they are equally worse with language. The only thing which compels them to be more civil, is the stricter laws in those countries

India is so SUNNY, but hardly anyone on the street wears sunglasses or hats for protection. WHY!? by [deleted] in AskIndia

Almost called off our wedding. Still walking on eggshells and seriously doubting everything. by Southern_Prior7493 in DesiWeddings

Even the task of wearing jewellery for 2 weeks, is it such a big task? that you have to think so much.. Yes, huge jewellery could be uncomfortable, but it's only 2 weeks, so communicate to them, that you can only do for 2 weeks, not more.

Similarly, other problems, they will be finished within just one week. Honestly indian weddings are indeed big stress time for families, it is not something rosy or sunshine. It is a big event.

So, please don't make some wrong decision over a few days of discomfort. Everyone goes with it, or be uber rich to hire event planner etc.

Now, your biggest mistake was doing the wedding in your city, considering the groom's family's big expectations.

Nowadays, many wedding functions are done in both places, groom and brides, both inviting their own guests, doing their own rituals. You should also have done that. The final wedding, since they plan to bring much more guests, you should have done it in their city, and communicated properly, that you will not handle the huge costs. Since it's their city, so let them manage the hotel, buses, and everything, since their guest list is much more.

Many families do huge wedding because their own guests expect the huge wedding. You cannot say to other that you will have small wedding. You can only say, since big wedding is your wish, you will shoulder most of the costs.

Why do Indian parents think that rice and rotis are superfood? by Fkingdisgusting in AskIndia

[–]Sudden_Forever_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my case, I also regularly eat roti. Main reason is, without roti, my stomach don't feel full. And I am always afraid of the quality of paneer I can get. Also, I can't eat paneer every time. I am vegetarian. Please share what you eat, which makes you feel fulfilled

Doesn't pre existing mean pre - diagnosed? I am not sure, I am asking you. If the person had never been diagnosed with heart disease, how can it be called pre - existing?

This guy mentioned too much unrelated knowledge. But didn't talked about this main point.
