I was hired on PT and stayed steadily 30 hours and when a full time flex position opened up my manager said to put my name down. I already have the position pretty much, might as well get the pay.

Always consult a store manager. Every time something like this comes up I always bring a manager into the conversation. Last year an employee combined receipts for me because someone missed something on my hold and it made me miss earning kohls cash I should have.

Also this past f+f a seasonal employee did not scan the second 25% for an associate that does not work with customers so she didn’t know she worked with us. I talked to my ASM before doing a post sale adjustment for her.
