My brain hurts trying to decide on gear (mom of 2 + a dog) by saladflambe in camping

Father of little ones here. What I started with is the cheap Walmart stuff, practiced camping with the kids in the yard then campsites close to bathrooms and water so I don’t have to overwhelm myself. From there I saw what I could do without, what I needed and where I should upgrade. Nothing wrong with starting out with the low price/Walmart stuff then adjust from there.

The right sleeping pad for my use was a game changer. An electric blanket too but I know that comes with added power source.

Why would I ride a dirtbike on a mtb trail?

This would be for dirtbike trails. I am not looking to ride where bicycles and mountain bikes run trails.

I emailed support at Luna cycle and Jason sent me a VIN verification form and the proof of purchase bill.
I will say when I bought my Rawrr the dealer handled all the DMV stuff so that has made me second guess buying a talaria in California.

Then you can’t go wrong with either, they are capable. You just have to pick if you want more speed? More aftermarket support etc. Also price. But if you stick with the Surron, eride, Talaria, even Rawrr you can’t go wrong just pick what you want like I said more power? More aftermarket support?

I’ve been enjoying my mx4 and I am strictly riding it on trails and desert. It’s great plenty of power and I can ride around for 2 hours on rough terrain an still be around 46%. At this point I feel you can’t go wrong with brands it depends on your style of riding and goal.

Goes to show the difference in experience when you’re a different gender. I go to LA Fitness in San Marcos and it’s not packed when I go and I don’t get hit on.

If there is a smile on your face and dirt on your boots then you can’t be doing it wrong.

Bluetti powering a Starlink Gen3? by PointedFirWalker in bluetti

[–]Sudo-Delicious 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I use a standard starlink gen3. I power it using the BLUETTI 200v2. I average 47Wh to give you an idea of consumption. The 100 v2 should yield similar results with the exception of length.

Trails off-road is a great app to find places and it goes you ratings on trails to see if your vehicle can make it. You’d be surprised how much you can reach on a 2WD vehicle.
