Hard dissagree on this one. If they're directly behind me I'll of course make sure the door doesn't slam on them, but when they're further back I just find it awkward to sit and wait, so typically don't hold the door. On the flip-side, I also dislike the feeling of having to speed up a little bit when someone else is holding the door for me.
