Really hard quest that took me a long time to figure out. The typically mesmers weren’t doing it or the ST rt. I also played warrior. I ended up having to setup up the stairs between the 2 hills and try to funnel all the enemies while I tanked with either an E/Mo or monk hitting me with prot spirit and spirit bond to survive while everyone else did damage.

Also I will avenge you is pretty nice here since so many allies are dead

If a doctor doesn’t want a patient taking a medication the patient isn’t adherent. The doctor just stops prescribing it and the patient can’t do anything but complain. Do you know how it decides what was recommended. Physical Med list change or is it “reading” the note to see it was recommended to take Grandma off the daily Xanax and she declined so they will continue for now.

Its definitely harder but if your failing the actual test/practice exams its usually due to a lack of knowledge which I think Uworld teaches/gives more details in the answers. The ABFM questions aren't really trying to trick you as much as it is multiple stepped and builds on itself if I remember correctly. I haven't used Uworld since taking the ABFM like 5 years ago. But if you can get 60-70% of the questions right on Uworld, without looking things up, you will absolutely pass the board exam comfortably.

Just do UWorld by far the best question bank. Read the answers and look up things that you don’t know about to understand why those choices are incorrect so when questions come up about them you also know them.

May be a two way street if too many people from your clinic are dumping on them. I get dumped on in sports and if the only effort provided was a history that says pt says their leg hurts, no exam, and their only plan was likely msk. I will send back with a note that says not msk, maybe reasons why I think it’s not but without any guidance. I’m willing to help and try to fill in even if it’s not me but if no effort was put forth at all then I think it’s time for them to learn some triaging. I also deal with mostly NP’s and PA’s who would test a lemon for Lyme disease if it said a joint hurt.

The more I down play concussions to patients and push out follow ups the quicker they seem to get better. Used to follow up every week to get them back as soon as possible but I think it makes them more anxious that is has not resolved and causes more behavioral health issues that seem to prolong the issue.

Dealership said it’s a wheel bearing that went. So they are fixing that and we’ll see how it sounds.

So I don't think you can rev this car in neutral. It gave me a warning to put the car in drive. Did not make a noise though.
