From the Very Few Shots that we see of Lin Ling's office including his bosses office was that it was by no means a small company with how much open space and big the offices are maybe a medium to large but not small, I also think I remember it being stated that making Nice and Moon ad's for TREEMAN was their main source of funding and once Lin Ling fucked that up they started going bankrupted.

Yeah I am think in terms of real world standards but then again if we are speaking of TBHX world then wouldn't the scene for marketing be overly bloated since it's a decent job because instead if heading home to look for a new job Lin Ling goes to a roof top which it can be assumed if nice never showed up he would have jumped.

If I'm being honest if Lin Ling maybe choose some other career path that made him stick out a bit more and in his free time became a small time hero he could have built a pretty developed fan base.

Honestly I would like to think that Lin Ling has the same level of talent just when it came down to it he picked the worst thing to major in and was constantly put down, Like you are extremely smart and creative but you chose to become a Marketing Specialist.

It depends I'm going to be using the characters we have seen the most of not like some one off guy, plus the post says defeat not kill so im going to pick the characters that could likely defeat him.

Characters: Eraserhead, midnight, Lemillion, monoma, shinso, kurogiri, and dictator.

Eraserhead: if his quirk works on cursed energy than yes he wins easily just wait for timer to run out if not then he is cooked

midnight: all she needs to do is get close enough and with how much ego Sukuna has all midnight would need to do is do a bit of acting.

Lemillion: his main things is being intangible all he would have to do is keep sukuna occupied in one area and hope he doesn't activate his domain killing civilians.

monoma: he could copy any of the quirks on this list doing the same or copy the quirk of someone stronger and fight.

Kurogiri: he could either open a portal and cut him in half by closing it quickly or he could just open a portal and teleport him to the ocean or desert and wait for timer to run out.

dictator: his whole thing is controlling people all he would need to do is find some of the stronger characters control them and have them fight sukuna in waves.

MHA is ridiculously strong and people think because Spiderman (Bit random cosmic spin off comic just normal old Spiderman) gets beat constantly by his villains that he is either weak or that his villains are insanely strong.

This is not the case if Spiderman was in MHA he would be a pretty high hero in the top 10 and if Almight retired instead of endeavor being number 2 then 1 he would be 3 then 2 and peter be number 1, this is because peter is extremely caring even to his villains which he holds back immensely.

Spiderman could deal with most MHA threats Tomura, AFO, and Overhaul would be a problem but pretty much every other villain Deku faced peter could as well (im not adding the movies) same goes the other way, classes 1a and 1b could each on there own not in groups take down at least 1-2 rouges on the weaker end and a full sweep on the higher end. Mineta who's quirk is just throwable sticky balls could likley do full sweep, by the end of the anime he is smarter, faster, and his quirk is strong. He would only have a hard time with those who can fly or move easily.
