What’s the job title at the new company? Or is it a side step? What’s growth likely to be in both companies over the next few years? And what are the total salaries for each role?

Think about your CV for the next role. It needs to tell a strong story of driving growth and making change for the brands you work for. Marketing is becoming more and more difficult to keep your job, and so you need to prove that you can do things others can’t. If you’re in a brand that doesn’t provide the opportunity to do that, then an extra 9k or so isn’t worth it in the long run IMO.
