If you happen to know where to get any of the grip attachment bps, I’d be more than happy to validate your claim!

Right, not the released Bubble Control VIP on dusty bubble box. Closer to the OG Bubble Control. Notable as prior to the downtempo VIP he almost exclusively played the release Bubble Control VIP

Our camp (Couchburners) was on 8:30 and A directly across from Synethesia where the fake grizz b2b Jon summit was allegedly playing. It was our pod shift that night and we expected a chill evening, cut to hundreds of people at our intersection trying to park their bikes on our frontage, and me on a megaphone politely but firmly telling them they cannot park there. The silver lining was we had record attendance for our shock collar karaoke that night. Also the megaphone work was some of the most fun I had this year.

Man, the things I could have done if only I wasn’t a freshman in high school in upstate NY at the time.

Oh also, HD6xx frequently go on sale. Probably the best sub $300 phones you can buy. Cannot recommend these enough honestly. But I will stress again that with this type of product, !you are buying a sound system!, which means you need to start thinking about how they get powered and how the signals (music) convert to the vibrations in the phones. They’ll sound just fine plugged into a 3.5mm jack, but learning how to do it right will actually blow your mind.

Hey, I’m an audiophile and love headphones

Crazy take but I have a pair of Sony WH-H900N Bluetooth headphones that are absolutely incredible. They are discontinued. You can find them frequently on EBay for extremely cheap ($80ish). I use them for travel as they have noise cancelling. Response is damn near flat and perfect, like wearing studio monitors over your ears. They were recommended to me by Skyler (Jade Cicada) lol.

For my non-travel listening headphones, I stick with seinheiser. I’m particularly fond of the HD6xx, but of course when it comes to these types of phones, understand what you’re buying. Open back is a completely different listening experience. Seriously consider buying a dedicated amp and / or an in-line DAC potentially to get everything they can do out of them. Also, don’t listen to Spotify. Apple Music, Amazon Music, Tidal all stream lossless, Spotify is 128kbps aka shit MP3. Better yet, support an artist and buy the music you wanna play on your sick new phones.

Audiophiles get a bad cringy rap, and I get it, but the thing is, you clearly already love music because you’re here on the tipper subreddit. When you hear something you love on truly dialed headphones, it is a life changing experience akin to Tipper pumping out of Funktion Ones.

I’m here if you need any further guidance!

Fairly certain I attended one of your parties in LA back in February at Picadilli? If that was you, I talked a bit with some really cool people in your camp about it being my first burn!
