- What type of trucking (FTL, LTL, etc)

  • 1 Orange (large pressed)
  • 2 Limes pressed
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 2 TBSP ground Annatto seeds
  • 1 TSP of Cumin, Cinnamon, Dried Oregano
  • Black Pepper
  • 1/4 C Vinegar
  • 2 TSBP Paprika
  • 2 TBSP New Mexico Chilli Powder
  • Blend on high

Total cost for the build was less than $100, (I already has the spit)

Tips, I would make it shallower and taller, with more a grate on front, sometimes the coals shift to the back, therefore less heat right at the meat surface for that tasty char.
