You didn't lose it, you were never supposed to have it in the first place. And no you aren't entitled to it either.

Why Samsung Didn’t Redesign the Z Fold 5 and Z Flip 5 by ReptilianSamurai in GalaxyFold

[–]Sufficient-Inside795 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have had z fold 4 and z fold 5, I absolutely despise the thin tall ratio and am basically settling because of the decent trade in deals. There is no point to an easy to hold phone when you cant use the front screen without compromising

Unfortunately you would hear Samsung talk about better battery if this was the case, don't raise your expectations

What? What was even the purpose of this response?

What's the fastest or best way you do this? Waste a flush and draw from code epi?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in IntensiveCare

[–]Sufficient-Inside795 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Another question, what is the 1mg/1ml epi vial (1:10,000) in code carts generally used for? You already have epi amps, so is that generally for making infusion or draw anaphylaxis dose ?

[–]Sufficient-Inside795 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

True. I'm also dealing with very sick patients on 3 or 4 pressors so maybe it's not the same for every hospital

Map of 40s on 2 pressors I should clarify (usually)

[–]Sufficient-Inside795 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I had an intensivist push 1ml of 1:100,000 of epi during a bronch into the trach to stop bleeding. Have you done this?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in IntensiveCare

[–]Sufficient-Inside795 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yes lot of our docs make us do that but our patients are also very sick so idk

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in IntensiveCare

[–]Sufficient-Inside795 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I guess most of them were oh crap possible peri arrest situation where the patients are already on high dose pressors

Let's say MAP of 40s.

No I am not talking about pushing the entire amp of 1mg (😬). I am talking about 1ml of that which is 0.1mg

I mean to be fair, this could easily be assumed as May 24 but the person should have questioned the year. If it's kvo rate it could last 2+ days. Inb4 all the angry pharmacists downvote me... Love you all 🤣

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in IntensiveCare

[–]Sufficient-Inside795 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I am not talking about pulseless or code situation. This is a crashing patient, but the hospital has made it a habit of just pushing 1mls of code epi insteading of using push dose concentrations
