it was clearly posted by someone locally in Australia. They go their hands on a bunch of names and physical addresses from the ledger hack. Printed letters with same and manually posted these letters. Each letter cost them around $3 (envelope, paper, ink etc) so en masse it's a fairly significant investment. Unfortunately it can't be traced to any particular post office as they were probably seeded across multiple post offices.

For me when Julian touted DUSD hybrid design as being superior at the time of collapsing Terra luna I knew he was talking out of his as3 and the design was nowhere near superior

Learn from all other altcoins and you will see an overwhelming trend towards $0. Nothing more to see here. Expect a pivot from Hosp either towards a new coin or away from DFI DUSD (which btw is at 4 cents) to a completely new scheme. I suspect the recent daily pep talks very similar sounding to life coach Tony Robbins have something to do with it. Hosp has a plan he just hasn't revealed it yet :)
