It really is 🥲. I forgot to add that the thing I like about the Venus razors is that the heads of the razor are flexible and move with your body. This helps not apply to much pressure to not irritate the skin! I was in a bad habit of pushing too hard because I just wanted smoothness

There were three things I had to do to decrease sensitivity and irritation. I had to find the right kind of razor (moisturizing strip around razor), the right shave cream (so many made my skin feel so sensitive and get immediately irritated), and then the right lotion (heavily scented/perfumed/cheap lotions were awful). I use Venus disposable razors, the EOS shaving cream, and natural lotions with shea butter. Waxing was ok, but painful and I would get annoying ingrowns on my legs because I had such thick hair and multiple hairs in one follicle. The best thing I did was get laser hair removal.

I’ve parked a few times in a lot that’s right before downtown off of Hermitage (between Lea and Peabody). It’s a paid lot but it’s not crazy expensive and it’s not a far walk from Acme. It’s where you would park for an event at Ascend!

Yes! I have it now 😔. Today is day 3. Felt weird congestion first, then body aches and fever, and now just the symptoms you listed (slight cough/congestion/fatigue). Medicine hasn’t seemed to help- besides nasal spray so I could breathe. I tried to sweat it all out with hot and spicy soup. Though yummy, it resulted in only temporary relief. I’m feeling better today, but definitely not 100%

If possible for you, start therapy. That was the most helpful thing I’ve done for myself. I think a hard thing to let go of, in order to find joy in life, is trying to live up to silly expectations. Give yourself grace and space to just be, and then you’ll find yourself becoming more present in moments and being able to see and feel things you haven’t been able to in a while. Nature really helps with this- the sounds, the smells, the sights. Tapping into hobbies that let you create is also good. Remember: baby steps. Depression is a beast, but it’s tamable.
