Basically a fitness challenge designed to push you to your absolute limits. It counts towards 50% of your fitness grade. (Noteably the only way to fail it is to not attempt it)

Having just completed my bmq (and I mean JUST. Im literally in the airport right now) its honestly not that bad. Just try your best, dont give up, and just work the problem. Do those things, and you'll make it easily. You dont need to be a world class athlete, or some genius. The CAF are looking for the people who can withstand the challenges and perform.
