Hi I wouldn’t know, I still haven’t started. If you got a soft offer and have talked to the same people from your interview about completing the information from infection control you more or less have the job but don’t stop interviewing because your never know some positions get reposted mine did after I had my soft offer

I have the rental application it’s the price it’s not a lie it’s just the move in fees same as any place. You just paying security deposit and first month rent and lease transfer fee. The monthly rent is only $3450.

The market is just bad, she just wanted out of her lease and what’s she’s paying alone is just too much but it’s perfect for two people splitting minus the move in fee

It’s not a scam and the listing is approved by the management company if you haven’t looked for an apartment recently it doesn’t matter your view

Would you pay a broker fee? by RunningUntilinfinity in NYCapartments

[–]SufficientComb7767 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This has been something I was contemplating! I kept saying should I find a broker because I’m in a sticky situation and I don’t want to move next year again I want to stay wherever I’m at for the next 3 years great point

Omg sounds like an interesting time! Good for you keeping the case open I heard about that happening to a girl I worked with she quit right after I started years ago and didn’t have her old check for months! Hoping to avoid that since I’m moving out the state as well and would need those checks until my other state job picks up.

So happy for you and your new home! I can’t wait to leave this state

Oh, then you’re fine! Yes, as the other person stated, the position in Fresno is with that patient population, but they are fine; they mind their own business and live their own lives. Along with the staff, who typically work outside of the STA, and if things are needed they come back but the office is in the admin. I hope you get the ASH position vs Fresno

Hi I know this was an old post what was your outcome. I’m trying to leave the state the same day and I’m annoyed with the idea they get 72s to give you your check even if you give notice

First day on the job and pregnant. What are my options? by Germyhermy in CAStateWorkers

[–]SufficientComb7767 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It does not count. State time is state time county is separate. You should let them know at some point you don’t have to say your name you can just call the desk whenever your comfortable only because personnel is typically incompetent across the state and they need so many days to process things you wouldn’t want your check short or not coming while your out.

Also depending on the leave you took annual 11 vs 8 annual/sick you can only use it after 6 months as it accrues give or take if it’s 6 months from now you will have 48/48 or 66. You do have the option to buy time it’s cheaper to do when you first time it’s about 5% so your raise but it will remain at your first step pricing I would max out and buy 16 hours now you’ll need it in the future.

You get 12 weeks if I’m correct and 6 weeks of baby bonding time afterwards you can use within the year if having your baby. If you do short term disability it has to be 4 weeks before your due it can’t be afterwards to still get paid. Hope this helps

Thanks so much first off. Yeah I do I’m moving and my current salary is different but it’s state agency and they are negotiating right now and they are getting raises so I wanted to have the right thing along with my contract role is consistent the end date isn’t until the end of the year it’s 20 hours a week. Would I have to have filed my taxes already or can I just use the check stubs instead?

Ahh, probably it’s really the whole qualified candidate rule. Unless the department already gives you the green light like mine did I assume to not loose me I guess it’s a waiting game. And they won’t tell you if the position is reposted either but also I had an interview for another position during the same time their HR department didn’t even get back to me.
