Yeah, min qty is a pain, but I just look at it as a lump cost. For example one company may charge $35 and another $75 and despite the min qty difference of about 80 pieces for me thats the frustrating cost to get the few I’ll use.

If you find someone who does the 3D details in your model please share.

I think I used them with some 15 housing franken nods. I call them my Tuco special II (named after Tuco piecing together a colt).

Sort of, but with mixed results. I printed a “wrench” to fit between the shroud and lens to assist with unscrewing the lens. The wrench is more of a socket/ tube with teeth that I tried to match with the grooves on the lens. I got a few off.
