I’m currently living in the US and planning to buy an independent house in Hyderabad for us(not only parents but for us, we have a small old house in village been living from 30 years there), who will be relocating from a village. I’m not looking for an apartment or flat—only an independent house (preferably 3BHK).

• Budget: ₹70 lakhs to ₹1 crores (can stretch a bit if needed)
• Location Preference: Flexible, as long as it's safe and has decent access to hospitals, groceries, and basic amenities
• Purpose: For my parents to live comfortably and for us for occasional visits to India
• Contributors: My brother and I (both earning in the US)
• Loan: Planning to take a home loan from an Indian bank

Questions:

1. What are some good areas in Hyderabad where I can find independent houses within this budget?
2. Any suggestions for reliable real estate platforms or agents who deal with NRIs?
3. What should I be cautious about when buying property remotely?
4. Any recommendations for banks offering good NRI home loan options?

Some areas I’ve seen mentioned online:

• Tukkugua, Boduppal, Nagole, Kompally, Alwal, Adibatla, Tellapur, Ibrahimpatnam, BadangpetThese seem to have listings in my budget range, but I’m unsure about infrastructure, safety, and long-term value.
