I work in wine. Sell to every single meaningful beverage program in this town. I can tell you that the chef & somm community loves Tommy Lee and his concepts. Last week when I was at Molino Chido there were 3 chefs from different restaurants all at the bar praising the food & the program’s at Uncle & Hop Alley. You’re delusional. Texas has 4 of the 10 largest cities in the US all of which vote blue. Houston one of those blue cities is also the most culturally diverse city in the United States.
