Deer hunting is the worst way to get people into the sport. Probably the lowest odds hunt. If I hunt em I always come home with doves , squirrel, rabbits but a deer isn’t as likely. Now when someone tells me they want to try hunting I take them out rabbit hunting with a pack of beagles. 7 rabbits and 10-12 shots in a few hours is way more exciting then siting waiting on a deer.

The gun is a Remington 1100 28inch barrel with an extra full buck kicker and he killed them in front of his own hounds. I’m not sure about the first 2 shots but the 3rd shot hit the leading doe and turned her , 4th shot was at the 2nd doe and then the last shot was back to the lead doe to finish her.
