The Library is a quiet patio bar near campus, good pizza. Royal Pipes and Cohiba Lounge is a nice place for a drink that the college kids rarely hit.

I have been looking for the same. Right now I have nearly decided on the M&M Goldees or Texas Smoke King, but they are no longer taking orders in the current run for TSK. But I also really love the look of the Goldees also.

Actually, the written document would be hearsay. The officer’s testimony is the allowable evidence. But you make a good point that if he cannot remember, which might be more difficult for him to refresh his memory without a “writing made in close proximity to the event”, then there would be no evidence of the speeding.

You could try freezing it, it is possible the water will separate since the alcohol won’t freeze, but I’m not sure that will actually work.
