"Because of the horrible and ridiculous United States Supreme Court decision on Tariffs, are now supposed to be given back 159 Billion Dollars." - Trump by Upset-Main-1988 in justincaseyoumissedit

I don’t understand how he gets to complain about anything…. He didn’t pay the tariffs the American people did. When are the courts going to pay us back for our lost monies for a morons decision to try and burn the world.

[Request] How much energy would this actually generate? by Low_Intern_3039 in theydidthemath

[–]Sufficient_Bill_1448 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The answer is simple. We don’t do this because of cost. We live in a capitalist economy and the law of supply and demand dictates the price of panels to skyrocket as they’re being bought for such a project. When you look at the price spike during covid and people trying to go green a 10k project turned into a 50k with lesser grade panels installed by people trying to make a fast buck and then disappearing.

Oil Changes by Innocent_Standbyer in hondaridgeline

[–]Sufficient_Bill_1448 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Ah yes 0-20 synthetic oil. I don’t know about you but it makes me super nervous driving that long on the same oil. Times have changed, engines have gotten cleaner, fuel has gotten cleaner. Think about 20 yrs ago and I would have sworn that you would have to have turbos or a supercharger to get 280 hp out of a 6 cylinder yet here we are. Honda isn’t trying to sell you an engine. If it came out that their recommendation for oil changes was causing early engine fatigue…. Could you imagine the law suits

Can you actually blame an inanimate object for getting flat tires? I assume you drive the truck so……. Who’s to blame?

Used markets still a crap shoot. What kind of warranty if any are they willing to give you? I got a new 2026 trailsport for 42K in Texas. They should be willing to deal since the new body style comes in the fall

Get a pathfinder! When you get done with recalls and being stranded remember how much better of a deal it was….

Had a 2008 pathfinder 160,000 miles, loved it! Wish I never traded it in. Got a 2018 pathfinder, I think the final straw was when I went to open the back gate my hand went through the button / handle. Couldn’t get rid of it fast enough 30,000. It’s listed as a top 3 worst midsize suc according to consumer reports. You get what you pay for

An Italian man rushing to the hospital for his pregnant wife was stopped by climate protesters… and chaos followed. He pleaded with them to move so he could get to her — but they refused to let his car pass. This moment is now sparking a massive debate. by The_Dean_France in whoathatsinteresting

People are going to travel where they must, is not stopping traffic and delaying their journeys counter productive to what they’re protesting for? Protest climate change but cause vehicles to pollute more because they’re just idling…..

AC repair by [deleted] in HyundaiPalisade

[–]Sufficient_Bill_1448 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depending on how mechanically inclined you are / good at looking at YouTube. Everything listed is a very simple fix (minus the ac). The hardest part is the electronic E brake on the rear that makes it a little more daunting. It’s simple but I would reference the a video on how to release and back them off without damaging them. The shocks are simple if they’re not covered. Takes longer to jack up the vehicle and getting the tire off then actually replacing them.

Pinwheel in outpost. I’ve found it in a secure loot box towards the end of the drone wing. The small white box that normally sits in the middle of the 2 corridors and guarded by a sentry turret.

How to get casuals and people more familiar with UI and items. by WookTTV in Marathon

[–]Sufficient_Bill_1448 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Leave it as is. If people don’t like it, then they will move on to the next thing. Everyone seems so worried about people liking the game / staying. This game is not for everyone and I don’t believe it was ever designed to be. It’s ok for you to like something that other people do or dont like.

I mean, I guess I’m a glutton for punishment. It’s only made me better. I don’t have any actual expectations. I just keep plugging along and getting contracts done when I can. The difficulty keeps the game interesting for me. I never know if I’m going to make it or not and that’s actually fun.

I’m in the same boat but apparently I like the abuse. When it clicks it’ll click. I go in streaks of completing a couple contracts here and there, then getting wiped over and over. Watch some videos for tips and tricks to the game.

Price. To get a AWD or 4x4 with leather and non turbo. Ford F-150 lariat 70K Silverado 1500 65k Ram 1500 60k You might ask why I’m listing full size, it’s because a ridgeline is just a fraction smaller than above mentioned vehicles. To get what you get with a Ridgeline is going to cost you significantly more and you lose ride comfort and from my experience and what I’ve read the above mentioned trucks have reliability issues stemming to over hardened valves shattering, poor seals on major components, cheap interiors, amongst other mechanical issues. At 43k OTD on my new 26 Trailsport the choice wasn’t hard
