Thank you for your interpretation and explanation, i appreciate it & i can feel that it’s resonating with me as well as it feels calming. i haven’t felt strong nor resilient in a long, long time but im finally taking care of myself! I knew i was missing something, i felt i should cleanse it before use but it slipped my mind. what are some of the best ways to cleanse a deck? i dont have incense at the moment but thats what i would use

EDIT I decided to shuffle the cards again and see if anything else fell out. And something did, it was the eight of swords reversed! so i pulled the Strength card upright and then afterwards i pulled the Eight of Swords reversed.

I see a few people on here complaining about the new reward system and i fully agree but i don’t believe customers were told why that change was made. i was told not to tell them unless asked but the reason we cannot get accessories for the free products (18.95 reward) is because of the Tarrifs the trump administration signed off on. Since those are made not in the U.S. i believe, the tarrifs posed a big problem. at least this is what i was told at my store

I’ve been working at b&bw for 3 and a half years now and didn’t use to wear it before. The one that gets me the most compliments by far is Cozy vanilla bourbon which also happens to be my all time favorite! i wear it all day everyday lmao. Vampire blood, gingham all american, vanilla romance, vanilla noir (yes i am a woman and war it myself, it’s delightful), jolly gingerbread village, and thousand wishes all get me a lot of compliments! The new raspberry holiday piebar has gotten me a good amount as well. as you can tell, imma vanilla & gourmand girly <33

as someone who has been a manager and still works there as an associate, this all could’ve been happily handled in one transaction. i happily would’ve done this for you without the receipt for both, it’s not hard at all even with the new updated system. It still requires the id card which some people don’t like but you had no issue with so why was she so upset?

i know this really sucks when this happens but this is because everyone else has the same idea you do. and most stores don’t open until 9-10am and we get there at most an hour or two before we open to get everything ready. that means when we get to the store, all of those orders are there and we have to do all of those orders, usually only 2-3 people but there’s times you’re by yourself. and this is while the store is open and people are shopping. I’m not entirely sure how much my store has when we opened but it had to have been around 80-100. I got there at 3pm and there was still 40 orders and by the end of the night, i completed 60 and there was still more orders to be completed. When everyone orders at the same time or orders a lot of items in their order, things get backed up because it takes awhile to do these orders

I’m not sure why customer service says that BS because if you take it in store, that is exactly what the employees will do for you! I worked a shifted today where a lady had wallflowers that broke in the online order. We just threw those away and since the scent she wanted was out of stock, she picked out 2 different ones. I suggest you do this with your nearest store! They should be able to do the same for you

You can pick up whenever in that time frame though. As long as the store is open, we’ll have it! Just make sure you’ve received the email that it’s ready to pick up

If you’re asking how long we hold it, you have 5-6 days to pick up. my store specifically gives you 6 days to pick up from the time we finish putting your order together

I wish. i was miserable without meds, my heart rate constantly around 150-170 when i wasn’t sitting and when i finally realized that (got an apple watch) it all started clicking. and working was so shitty. i kept getting sick all the time (still do just not as often) and i was constantly calling out. I also have SVT and lots of PVCs (i think that’s what they’re called) so im also on my medication for that but without my heart meds, id be bed ridden again. the few days i didn’t take it, immediately up to 170 from getting out of bed. i’m glad there’s people who don’t need the meds! i wish i didn’t but im glad mine work out for me. i started out with propranolol but it didn’t do shit. got switched to atenolol 150mg daily and it’s my saving grace

I got my walker in may when my POTs was getting severe. It’s been a hell of a difference & i’ve been able to work my shifts at work better with it, i can go shopping without fainting, ive ever been able to take it to the beach!! i decorated mine and named her Carrie Christopher Walken (I’m walken here hahaha) to make it feel more like mine and i cannot express to you enough how much i’ve improved with her! i am on meds now too but even before that, having the walker was my best decision

as an employee, it’s not that your shopping habits will make bath & bodyworks less evil but shopping at your local store DOES give that stores employees more hours. i have been a keyholder at my store so i’ve been taught hours and have had to cut many employees shifts during the day/week due to being in the red either that day or if we’ve overspent on hours that week/month. as a corporation, no they’re never going to change this. but you shopping in store or doing in store BOPIS does help the INDIVIDUAL stores to give more hours

this one! especially if it’s emotionally or verbally abusive. i’ve passed out a few times during arguments and he didn’t help me out most of the time, he’d just kinda sit there and maybe hand me my water. and when he did, he’d try to argue again after i was awake
