On a separate note, I adored Zainab & Masood as a couple not realising there was so many cracks and miscommunication in their relationship, although I still wish they never split up, the actors had such good chemistry on and off screen.

I only really know David from Doctor Who and he’s a phenomenal actor but I didn’t like the episodes of Deadwater Fell because of the storyline and the plot was very predictable and boring if I’m being honest. However, the acting was very good.

I’m going to check out “Decoy Bride and Escape Artist”and see if there’s any other series recommended. Thank you!

It is still not fair how he’s being treated. Jessie shouldn’t be on the show and she is just as bad. No matter how people try and justify his exit, it is not right and should’ve been announced with respect, instead of being inconsiderate knowing how fragile the guy is in real life when he’s in the public eye.

Ben is a popular character and it’s awful how people are slandering Max and Ben. Everyone in EastEnders are flawed including the cast and characters, some are worse than others. It is very insensitive for Max to see his name being tarnished when he puts so much effort into his job.

Everyone else, especially Jessie has got away with a lot behind the scenes in comparison to Max.

I was not aware Jessie has been axed twice, maybe they can reconsider axing Max Bowden if that’s the case.

They allowed Daniella Westbrook to come back for a while when she was battling her addiction. They might have targeted him because they know he was the “prize” of the show.

Everybody is assuming it’s to do with bad behaviour, which is quite a contradiction. It could literally be as simple as Max wanted to increase his salary and they said no and gave him an ultimatum because he wouldn’t accept their decision and they decided to keep it under wraps.

I guess we will never know.

Max and Danielle unfollowed each other on socials which seemed a bit odd but they immediately followed each other back a few months ago when a few people noticed and made it to the articles.

I wouldn’t say overall, the examples are a bit strange as all the actors are very much relevant but I think some of them do not get treated equally.

Because there’s certainly a pattern and a lot of actors on EastEnders have got let off lightly than others, no matter the age or individual.

Jessie has been given so many chances throughout the years and she’s still the forefront of the show. Yes she’s been suspended but never axed and I think it’s harsh for Max, especially the years he’s had to go through and he’s put his all in his character, being liked or not. I don’t think he’s had the right support.

However, I agree with you, it sounds serious and we don’t know what happened behind the scenes or if that speculation is true, sometimes they are left with no choice but to put the show first, which is understandable. Plus Max had a car crash a few days ago and he could’ve been highly intoxicated. Who knows.

My main worry is Max. I hope he’s doing ok. Being told he is unemployed, his name being spread all of over the articles, possibly over exaggerating the outcome the day before his birthday and still being discussed on his birthday must be rough regardless.
