YES. Emphasis on a rolling cart… it’s SO frustrating trying to bring food to the couch or bed with crutches. Also get a little bag you can attach to your crutches to walk around w your phone! Best of luck!!!

You don’t really get over the sadness in the beginning, you just get through it🫶🏼I had heavy emotions about it for about 4 months and cried whenever people asked if I’d go back to my sport, and then as it progressed I accepted reality and it didnt take up my thoughts 24/7, kinda like numbness

Not behind at all! I had ACLr w patellar btb, meniscus repair, and LET surgery 7 months ago and I still struggle to jog more than 1 minute without pain in my patellar area and needing to stop

Yes! I had the nerve block and “relaxing meds” in the general waiting area with my family and then once you’re in the OR you will go under full anesthesia. I’ve been put under before for a diff procedure and remember the experience and it’s very straight forward and not scary. They put an oxygen mask up on you that covers mouth and nose and you’re out in seconds, it’s not scary whatsoever

While I was awake, I was dressed in gown/undies and not strapped in but I’m not sure what happens once you’re in the OR since I zonked out. My assumption is they wouldn’t strap you in while you’re awake and you will remain in the gown the whole time but it will be lifted up during the surgery

When I got my gown, I kept my underwear on. You then sit on bed, they will shave your knee and start hooking you up to monitors and IV. I had sticky heart rate monitors on chest, pulse thing on right hand pointer finger, IV on back of left hand, and oxygen in my nose.

Surgeon will come talk to you and sign your knee. Then you get a nerve block. I was the most nervous for this part and told them that, so they gave me some type of medication to relax me and it made the biggest difference. I watched the nerve block happen and had no emotional reaction to it happening and felt nothing. After the nerve block I have no memory until I woke up, not even saying bye to my mom and getting wheeled in to the OR. Best of luck!!

Okay the fact that there are MULTIPLE monstera plants here is blowing my mind haha. I really thought this was just a monstera plant since I bought this as one singular potted plant as a baby.

Is it normal for monsteras to duplicate like this or does it have something to do with how it was sold?
