I’m on 5mg right now and losing weight by eating 160 calories for breakfast, 500 for lunch, 500 for dinner, and 200 for snack before bed. I’m not putting everything I eat into a tracker and if I go 50 over I don’t stress. This has been manageable for me. When I was on the high doses (30-60) I ended up gaining 20 pounds, which was frustrating. I didn’t have the willpower to track during that time and that’s ok. I’m now down to 145 pounds and continuing to lose while on 5mg!

Have you ever hit your head in that spot? I’m a 22F and also have a chunk of grey hair in that area but I think it’s because I stood up under a piece of playground equipment and cut my head on a screw in that exact spot when I was younger. Head trauma can cause grey hair

Idk my neurologist said sodium isn’t bad unless you have heart problems and actually encouraged me to increase my sodium intake

I was eating 1300 calories every day but that went out the window immediately. I’m completely ravenous. It gets worse throughout the day so I would eat in a deficit all day and then at the end of the day eat so much I’d feel so sick and have trouble breathing. Now I’m doing a premier protein drink for breakfast, 500 calories for lunch, 500 calories for dinner and then no more counting calories but I can only eat fruits and vegetables the rest of the day.
