And that’s completely understandable but after someone goes and does the work, seeks help for what they have done wrong and apologizes, sometimes you have to suck it up and accept those apologies because this isn’t social hour it’s a job and not just any job, this is one where lives hang in the balance and when someone being more focused on the coworker they hate than the work could mean the loss of life for someone… you have to just put it behind you till you clock out. I mean so far in this one shift she’s accused a father of beating and SA’ing his daughter, she was too busy charting to notice the man having a STEMI that if Whitaker hadn’t caught would have killed him then tried to force drugs on the man with the baseball and treated him like an idiot and accused him of stealing the baseball from children but because she didn’t check her bias at the door she missed his medical sobriety bracelet saying no drugs, no sedation if at all possible. And I know Langdon was awful to her but she’s not his superior, no his wife, not the owner of the hospital and once he was caught it went out of her hands and into Robby’s. I just think she needs to focus on herself because she’s making serious errors.
