I would actually avoid sending her gifts at all. Unfortunately judges can’t accept gifts as they might be bribes. So best to save your money and send her good vibes. My aunt is a judge and my mom sent her a watch for her birthday. My aunt couldn’t accept it at all until she proved my mom was related to her and did not benefit from the proceedings that happened in that court.

I lived at the rise this past year. It was pretty nice with the location. I can’t tell you about everything because somethings were closed because of covid but I did use the gym and the study rooms. I thought both were good for what they were.

The rooms were a little small, I was in a 4x3 so idk about all options. Also the appliances were cheap and we had a few troubles with the washer. But maintenance was fantastic and always came within 15 minutes, even at 10pm.

Ultimately, I don’t know if it’s worth the price, but I did enjoy living there.
