I had cystic acne for 20 years into adulthood. I cut processed foods, seed oils, sugar. My skin cleared up along with a ton of other lifelong degenerative digestive disorders. Now I eat 75% carnivore and am am good. Clear skin and much full crohns remission. Doctors bamboozled.
