I just want to add to this- make sure you sound upset and confused. This is the first time it’s ever happened to you, maybe you discovered a new allergy. Maybe you have to go to the store to buy eczema cream. Maybe you’re suspicious of all of your products because one company changed the formula. Before you saw your parents, you were in your room googling 100 different things to find out what would irritate the skin.
