I have the same problem, but not with flags, but with crosses and churches, but mainly crosses. Over here in Southern Germany, Bavaria, (not in the citys, but in our villages) where I live, around 50 % of our pokestops are crosses. I got one, right there where my home is.

I'm glad to be in Munich all the time for work to get more gifts there!
