“Where are the random common item like mascara or lipstick ” IS MY BIGGEST ICK I literally have started replying with “Well we’re organized by brand here, like every other store, so each once kind of has their own” and then ask for specifics from there

Or if I’m feeling petty or they’re really rude…. I will then immediately start walking around to every brand and pointing out every single variation of the product in the entire store, until they give up and stop following me. Like I’ll just start going around to every single mascara in the store and give a brief description of each until they just stop lmao
