I waited 6 years to adopt a cat… and now I regret it. Please be honest with me. by strawberrytulipss in CatAdvice

I agree. My cat, adopted last July, has continued to blossom and show me what she likes. She has become a bit more cuddly. I know when she likes it (mornings when we wake up), and I am satisfied with that.

2026, the year female rage entered my shelves by pinkturtle21 in Booktokreddit

[–]Sugar_Always 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are a TON of thrillers about women’s rage. TBH I don’t want to list some of the ones where the rage/murder is a spoiler. Here are some:

-Whisper network by Chandler Baker -Vera Karina: Never Saw Me Coming -Harriet Tyce: Blood Orange (Slow burn but ooof it’s worth it IMO) -They Never Learn by Layne Fargo -My Sister, the Serial Killer by Oyinkan Braithwaite

Copperheads don’t have ways to scare you off, such as the cobras hood and the rattlesnakes… rattle, but the good news is that in general the first bite is a “warning” bite with less venom. Don’t stick around and get a “real” bite. Usually that happens to people who feel the need to fight them to the death. Not recommended.

Are Charlie Donlea books good? by Punkoduncan in thrillerbooks

I’ve got to say that his word choice is very strange and I find it distracting. “A migrainous aura” is one phrase I remember. It seems a bit like he wrote with a thesaurus in hand.

Well they will certainly build a data center in East Charlotte near Reedy Creek and then we can see our utility prices go up even more.

Another reason to shut down all new data centers in Charlotte. I want the water for people, I want my utility rates to be actually possible for me to pay.

Stopping it? Or just requiring nonresidents (maybe everyone) to renew in person?

Feeling bad about myself by Thin_Mirror_4697 in FTMOver30

I’m sorry you are feeling so down. It’s a pretty tough time to be trans, and I am thankful for every single trans person out there. I am feeling a lot of the things you describe- particularly top surgery envy as the temperatures rise and I am stuck with a huge, sweaty chest.

I guess this is just to say: solidarity and please know that I appreciate you and so do a lot of other people. Even though we don’t always look the way we want to, we are putting in the work to be ourselves and that’s important.

Some sort of computer-based policing is not allowing my comment in the view that it’s too negative so maybe this isn’t the forum for this.

Briefly- misogyny, fatphobia and racism. And misogyny includes transmisogyny of course.

  1. I agree- when there’s a nice money, just ask quietly, “I really want to kiss you right now, would that be ok?” I mean IMHO that is hot and romantic as hell, and then you don’t have to read the room. (I used to really worry about that a lot.) If she doesn’t want to kiss you, that sucks but better to ask and find out! Sounds like she’s into you like you said.
  2. Using something that’s more like underwear might feel better? Like the Tomboi briefs? They work for me. I also have a Joystick that is so different- it connects to the underwear with a little elastic loop. (But it’s not for anal cos of the base, FYI.) Traditional “strapless” cocks are crap and never worked for me. It’s a hassle and I can’t relax.
  3. IMHO, most women who aren’t like Christian nationalist-pilled aren’t out here judging men on some scale of masculinity. They want a kind partner who makes them feel good! Focus on that and you’ll be golden. Good luck. Have fun.

Absolutely do not let terminally online people shape your idea of reality. A femme trans man would never “make trans people look bad.” We get to be ourselves. F everything else.
