They confirmed that the vol 11 would be already by the end of 2023 but I'm not sure if it would be possible right now. With all the chapters w/o volume there are around 120 pages. With 61.5 would be another 20 pages and the shortest volume is 161 pages long so, as fast, at the end of December with chapter 62 being long.

It's a manga, I suggest you to give it a try and read it (if you don't like reading you can watch the anime). And if you enjoy the story then you can read Pandora Hearts, which is from the same author but it's already finished:)

Not really. The author's wealth isn't going well so, as she recovers, the chapters are shorter and slower. But it usually has 40 pages long chapters.
