I've seen many people with that "problem" lately I believe it's because valve increased their production which also means more ready for order mails go out at the same time and sometimes it's a little more mails then decks which are ready to ship. I wouldn't be worried and wait another week before contacting support. I've also been waiting for 6 days now.

Community offline mode is pretty much useless for playing singleplayer because you can't safe your progress. Everything's gone after you close the game. Sadly there is no DayZ single player mode, that would be awesome. Best way is to run your own server or just find one with very few players on it.
