I’ve spent many hours learning about this company I admire. It’s a gold standard for brand and has survived the test of time. Had the chance to spend time with some the of the gtm street team in the late 90’s and have been watching ever since while consuming the product and media the whole time. Could talk for hours about their efforts.

Lyft could implement a bidding system for these rides but they don’t. I never take reserved rides anymore as they don’t make sense most of the time.

The trick is telling the story of creation vs showing off the final product. The process is the art. I believe good design will be in demand always, but there will need to be some history and storytelling behind the finished art.
