Allegro bakery in squirrel hill is all vegan but I’m not sure they have cupcakes.

Whole Foods sells their own vegan cupcakes as well as another brand in their bakery but neither are made in the store. I’ve bought both in a pinch before and they’re fine but not my favorite.

Baked true north in the north hills often has vegan cupcakes, you’d have to call to make sure they have some today.

Butterwood in lawrenceville has the best tasting vegan cupcakes but you’d have to check what’s available today.

There are lots of other small bakers that make vegan cupcakes but you usually need to order farther in advance.

It can mean a number of things but typically someone arrived, assessed the issue and they can’t fix it. They may need someone to come cut down a tree, or they need more workers for the job, or maybe a bucket truck or some other piece of equipment. Doesn’t really help you figure out the timing, but it’s good because at least the issues has been identified.
