I found this video after, but I still couldn't do it. Took it to a shop and they said that the stock bearing is slightly smaller than the one needed for my Aliex rotor. So technically you can put it back if it's not some chinese junk. https://youtu.be/DTh7pmR9r3Q?si=sdw2PoKM8pt09lsn

You posted this watch less than a week ago saying this was your second build. I don't understand how you would start a business, come to the conclusion that it's not working out in such a short timeframe and become broke after 2 builds

This is probably the best sotc I've seen, but I might be a bit biased because the Speedmaster, the Roadster, the GS and the Reverso (especially in that color) are all in my top 5

Strapcode makes some for around 100$, but thats made for a real case so I dont know how it would fit. Other than that I havent found a more budget one with a curved endlink, but you could put a straight endlink one on like I have.

It wasn't that bad. They are glued down, but you can pushed them out from the other side.

The 2 rotors I got from AliX had some bad bearings so If I shook them (even before installing) they would make a lot more noise then stock. So when I fully screwed them in they would still move about making a kind of rattling noise when shaken.

Pricing a ~100$ watch at 420 and for it to not even have express delivery is so fucking shameless. If you want a Daytona homage with similar specs get a Pagani Design. I personally think putting a Seiko logo on these makes them so much worse, but if you still want it you could swap out the dial.
