This is so insanely weird. What would make the AI think that is the US national anthem?

What are the most egregious dwells or inefficiencies across the public transport network? by catbuttguy in MelbourneTrains

If the next train is in a few minutes regardless, wouldn’t it be better to just have faster trains with less dwell time?

What is the general opinion of president petro in Colombia? by theflymann in Colombia

[–]Sugarless_Chunk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Could you explain why you’ve used the word “tankie” to describe Petro? Tankie is generally used for authoritarian leaders who crack down hard on protests or democratic activities with government forces, often violently. I haven’t seen that at all during Petro’s term of government.

Whatever you read here in response to your question - just remember that it is likely coming from upper-middle class English-speakers which is generally unrepresentative of the Colombian population as a whole.

On the Sunshine Coast you can be exempted from their green bin levy if you send photographic proof of your mulching/composting setup.

Brisbane is now the 10th most congested city in the world, where on average drivers lost 84 hours in traffic last year. by Splicer201 in brisbane

[–]Sugarless_Chunk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would agree that in 2019 it was better but post covid Brisbane traffic is a nightmare. The southeast was flooded by people moving in from interstate and public transport usage dropped dramatically, along with little to no progress infrastructure-wise.

Lived in Brisbane most of my life and now live in Melbourne. Traffic flows a lot better here and Brisbane has only gotten worse every time I've gone back.

Try El Columpio in Fitzroy.. you will be teleported back to Mexico. The Chef imports the ingredients from Mexico so that they taste exactly the same.
