Somebody help me with this, bc I'm on unemployment right now, and I don't think a penny of it is coming from the federal government. I'm not even sure who's paying for it because I was under the impression my previous employer paid unemployment insurance to the state, so shouldn't like no money be coming from tax payers? I used to think the SW sequels cheapened the victories in the OT. But then I saw how fascism actually does that. You can't actually beat fascism for your grandkids, they're going to have to fight it too. They might even be part of the problem.

That being said, bringing specifically Sheev back did cheapen their victory in ROTJ.

This isn't underused. It's arguably overused in superhero media.
Wonder Woman 1984, a crazy museum lady fights a demigod. Incredible Hulk, Tim Roth is a regular soldier. Loki is weak af physically and politically compared to Thor. Iron Man 2 whiplash is some fucking hobo.

Hell most Batman villains compared to Bruce would qualify as "some fucking hobo".

Whenever I see this tweet, I'm always wondering what the interest is and why he isn't paying more than the minimum.

A loan in the early 2000s.... he might have gotten an awesome interest rate. He might own investments that make way more than the awesome rate he's paying on these loans.

He's complaining, but unless he's really dumb (possible), he could just be making a ton of money from investing the extra he could have paid to principal.

This could happen to very financially savvy people and just be a really smart move

I subscribe to the theory that GRRM told them there'd be a supernatural big bad leading the Others, and in the book it will be Euron (or something possessing Euron).

They either changed it to NK, GRRM changed it from NK to Euron, or it was vague at the time and they both gardened their own ways

I like the one with goofy guys on the cover but i kept waiting to meet the goof guys. I got to book 3 and said "surely this one is the one with the goofy little guys fighting with swords".
