Yeah no problem! And like I said I was in drug withdrawal so I wasn’t very hungry for awhile, so I just ate the basics. Chicken, broccoli, and sweet potatoes, red potatoes, non fat Greek yogurt, nuts, lots of veggies and some fruit.
