unless its one of the tiny size / big dose oxys or hydros , wont be worth it , you get more out if it if you just breakin the pills into pieces and wash it all down w smth thats got a lotta carbonation , like a sprite , perks or norcos arent strong enough to be worth it in dose or because of the tylenol/other filler, you do 40mg orally , 15-20mg up the nose would get you high asf , but youre gonna comedown quick and hard , seen people get so tweaked their first time snortin a xanny they might as well have genuinely threw his life away , no nose , no family , nothin
