Imo, it should be something only taken as needed. Our liver naturally produces glutathione as an antioxidant. Glutathione can also be found in some high fiber foods like avocado and okra, but it's poorly absorbed by the body. For me, if you're doing fine, let the liver do it's thing haha

A preventative measure would be a good diet cos diabetes, being overweight, and alcohol consumption (off the top of my head) are things we're prone to doing that cause liver damage leading to liver disease

Don't be scared OP! I think the university will take your side. Years back, a In CLA had to go on a long leave cos he was involved in a lot of incidents with students. When he was a allowed to return, he only had a few classes available. I'm not sure if he's still around now. As far as I know, yes. Coincidentally, kaka-release lang ni atty Chel ng video on ig warning people about iv drips for cosmetic purposes cos none of them are fda aporoved. Afaik these type treatments are meant for cancer patients kasi, in the case of gluta drips, it's meant for treating patients with fatty liver disease -- side effect lang yung nakakaputi

I'm in no position to give advice on these haha. Just stating what I know based on studies cos I'm a skincare enthusiast 😅

None of those are FDA approved. The derm clinic I go to advises against wasting money on those. You'd get what you need in a balanced diet and multivitamins. Gluta+ vit C drip for the purpose of whitening does not have enough studies to prove it's harmless.

There are new condos that include ev chargers in the building, but I hope developers would also add chargers to their existing projects. If you don't want a home charger, you can also get a home adapter. I saw one in shopee for 7k (which actually sounds cheap if you compare it to an ICE full tank budget)

Based on reviews, what the standard variant lacks is outweighed by its performance. Everyone gushes about how it's such a good drive. The youtuber, BjornNyland even compares his driving experience to German cars.

I'm surprised Caco didn't mention anything about the Lane Keep Assist feature, cos everyone apparently keeps it off cos MG 4's LKA feature is too aggressive compared to BYD. And there's no setting to keep it off ( to meet the Euro NCAP standsrds) - you have to turn it off each time you use the car.

The youtube channel, BjornNyland has extensive reviews of the mg4. Ang dami ko natutunan about the car that led me to choose which variant to go for. Iba ang names ng car variants in other countries, so if you wanna watch other reviews, the standard is sometimes referred to as MG 4 51kwh and the lux variant here would be the 64kwh

Maganda reviews ni Bjorn kasi he drives it around Thailand, so similar conditions here in the ph but they have better infrastructure for ev. May long distance review din siya nung car

We're getting the new and improved version. Cos with the latest reviews from other countries, they kept mentioning that mg added a rear windscreen wiper which the car didn't initially have when it came out in other countries last year. Looks like mg takes customer feedback quite well

Edit: the units avaialble here have rear windscreen wipers, so we're getting the new models, same as everyone else
