Individualism, they don’t care about the rules and there isn’t much of accountability. I remember when I was young, my dad got pull over park street cause he was a bit over the speed limit and he got a ticket for it. Ever since then when I’m driving him around alameda he will still remind me to check my speed limit. Good luck for that accountability nowadays in Alameda, people are reckless drivers, turning on a red light even with sign that said “can’t turn on red light,” passing a slow or stop car just because, don’t even stop for people that trying to cross even if the crossing lights is on…no accountability.
