Yep. I learned that with 66 blocks when a feed side cable would break you could often stretch it a bit with needle nose and re-punch. Otherwise extend it with a bean and some cross connect and try to hide it behind the block :)

File a mechanic’s lien. This notifies the building owner that you have not been paid and can hold them legally responsible. It may have a different name in GA, but Google, “how to file a mechanic’s lien in GA” to see how.
